Come in the day before anytime after 6pm or anytime the day of before 3pm.
Stay For The Entire Week
If the week you would like is available you can reserve CA1 from Monday at 3pm until Sunday at 3pm for $1400, this is a $250 discount. CA2 from Monday 3pm until Sunday 3pm for $900, which is a $200 discount. This would be a special reservation so you would have to contact me to book.
Deposit
$100
Each house requires a $100 non-refundable deposit due to reserve your date. If you cancel more than 30 days before your stay, your deposit can be transferred to another date. If you cancel within 30 days of your stay, you will loose your deposit.
Once date has been reserved and guests have been confirmed, you will have the choice to pay individually or as a group, but the remaining balance will be due 30 days in advance of your stay.
